And I haven't slept very well. I've relied on it for so long that my body can't really sleep well without it. Any tips on getting more sleep?

A good bedtime routine, that you ideally do at the same time every day.
  • Not being on a computer/phone late at night.
  • Take a warm bath
  • Settle down in bed with no electronics and read a book

Also, staying in bed when you can't sleep isn't a good thing. If you can't sleep get up and do something. The trick is to associate your bedroom with sleep and nothing else. Which is easier said than done when you're in a shared house and don't really have anywhere else to hang
